Stayed here for 4 nights, fantastic rooms, great location, a bit far from the city and the entrance of The Palm, room service food is excellent. Most disappointing is the service in the Palm Kitchen restaurant. Their live counters for Indian food is the most mismanaged system i have ever seen in any 5 star hotel so far. Even in non-peak hours at morning 8am a dosa takes 30 minutes to be made and brought to the table, and this is only after several reminders again and again to their staff. The waiters are hardly seen serving you at this restaurant, and they are responsible for the live counter orders to take them and bring them. In peak hours, you can expect your live counter food after 45 minutes with atleast 5-7 set of reminders. This is surely not a very great experience. Taj hotels and the Manager at this resort really needs to get their socks up in terms of managing their live counters. This was a very very sour pain point in our entire experience at this resort and hence a 2 star only overall. I am avoiding this hotel in Dubai till i visibly see this issue with live counters getting sorted out.

We have previously stayed at the Taj Exotica, Palm in 2023 and had the best holiday, the kids loved it.And so we had to go back again this year (October 2024), and what can I say, we simply had the best vacation again.We always feel so safe and looked after there, nothing is too much. The staff are so polite, professional and seem to love what they do.Of course I need to mention several names, and I will do my best to remember everyone, but I may forget a few.Thank you the front of house staff for the early check in after we arrived from an exhausting flight with the young kids. Special thanks to Priti and Pallavi for being so accommodating, and also to Ayub and Amrinder for always checking in with us and great advice.The Palm Kitchen team is always brilliant, and the chefs are always so happy to tailor anything for you. The table staff work so hard and it was always fun to speak to them, especially Sudhir, Michael and Vinita. They took great care of making sure our kids had a nice quiet spot to eat breakfast and were always comfortable. Many other team members to mention, including Adarsh, Chan, Dari, Deborah, Himanshu, the wonderful crepe lady (can’t remember her name, sorry), Bernard, George and Prakash.The coffee shop team were always helpful as well with making sure my daughter had her favourite fries for lunch, especially Beauty, Elaine and Simran.And housekeeping, such a fanatic team on the third floor, especially Srinivas (always went the extra mile, with creative towel animals - even a flying monkey) and Damith too. Wasir, Valentine and Dil Nawaz, thank you too.And thanks to the concierge and luggage team too, Abdullah, Santosh and Mr Singh.We can’t wait to come back, we have definitely found our special retreat in Dubai. The Diwali celebrations, musicians and sweets were just awesome.Hope to see you all soon.

We have just returned from a 5-night stay in this magnificent hotel where everything is planned to satisfy guests.The staff is adorable, always able to respond to the slightest request.The breakfast is absolutely exceptional, we are frequent travelers, used to this type of hotel, and I think it is the best breakfast we have had so far.The hotel, the rooms, the swimming pool and the beach are very clean.The hotel is very quiet, it was a real pleasure to disconnect.The only downside is that, being at the other end of the Palm, it takes at least 30 minutes by car to get out of town.Last small downside, which would rather be a recommendation for the hotel, it lacks a little greenery on the beach... palm trees for example. ☺️We highly recommend this hotel.

The food is outstanding in the Indian restaurant .I have only one point to make about the hotel policy of giving an an allowance of only AED 150 to dine at the speciality restaurant and it's not possible to buy even one main course in this. Simply fantastic from the moment you arrive in reception you feel special the level of service and care is another level . We moved to the taj after we got delayed in Dubai due to the weather . The kindness and service of the hotel will always stay with our family . Breakfast is another level . Gym and spa is stunning and the overall quality and attention to detail in every area of the hotel is outstanding. Massive thank you to prateek Barthwall the duty manager who made us feel that nothing was a problem. Elizibeth around the pool who brighten our day with her smile And mustapha the door man who looked after us coming and going. We loved the location at the end of the palm .location was not a problem as taxi where always out side and cost was only about £15 to JBR /marina .Sorry it’s took me so long to write the review we will be back soon

We went for a pool day with breakfast. The spread was amazing, with interactive restaurant team, hostess remembered our name and addressed us on our name as we go out of the restau even if there are so many guests who dined. Lifeguards and pool staff are kind and thoughtful, who consistently helped to move the umbrella to cover us from extreme heat, and refills ice on our complementary bucket of water. Massive architecture and luxurious interior. Have been to a lot of five star hotels, but this one's special.

An absolute nightmare. Stay away from this so-called 5-star hotel.I don’t even know where to begin. This stay was the worst I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. A complete disaster on every level.Service? Here you get zero stars instead of five.Breakfast was an utter catastrophe. The hotel is completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of guests. A simple cappuccino takes 30 minutes to arrive. One day you’re allowed to smoke on the terrace; the next, you’re told to leave. Then you’re forced to stand in the blazing sun just to enjoy a cigarette, without even an umbrella for shade. The staff are friendly enough, but totally incompetent for what’s supposed to be a 5-star hotel. If this is supposed to be luxury hospitality, it’s honestly just laughable.Room cleaning? A total gamble.One day it’s fine; the next, it’s a disaster. There is no consistency whatsoever.Pool area? Disappointment after disappointment.The grounds look decent, but good luck getting any service here. If you’re hoping for drinks, food, or towels, you’ll be waiting in vain. This so-called luxury hotel offers a pool experience that’s a complete waste. A total embarrassment.Concierge service? More like chaos service.We booked a family outing to see dolphins through the concierge, and it turned into complete chaos. This so-called professional concierge couldn’t even manage to book the correct activity. Instead of a memorable family day, it ended with shouting in the lobby. After endless back and forth, we finally got a refund. A day that should have been one of the best turned into an absolute nightmare.The manager? A disgrace to the entire hotel.Manager Bassem Ibrahim Geney invited us to dinner as compensation and promised room service breakfast for the next day. Sounds generous? Not at all. When we checked out, we were forced to pay the dinner bill; apparently, only the room service was covered. I feel deceived and lied to.Bottom line.The worst stay of my life in a so-called 5-star hotel. If this is the standard in luxury hospitality, then forget it. Lots of talk, no substance, and in the end, a total scam. Staff who can’t handle even basic tasks, and a manager who deceives his guests. I’m simply relieved to be free from this nightmare.

Amazing Experience. From arrival to departure the service here was truly amazing. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help out in whatever way they could.The rooms were nice and big, very clean and modern. I know it's a fairly new hotel compared to some of the others but they have maintained it will.There are a number of restaurants on site, all of which serve high quality food and there's plenty of choices especially at the palm restaurant.A special thank you to Maulya from the palm restaurant. He provided an excellent level of customer service throughout our entire stay.I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The Taj ExoticaI team provided exceptional service to include kindness and genuine efforts to accommodate my friends and I during our September visit for our friend’s 50th Birthday Celebration in Dubai. From the very start, the Taj team was especially gracious in welcoming us into this resort. During our stay, Kuldeep who took care of our rooms was extremely pleasant, great to speak with and determined to make certain we were all comfortable in our spaces. His counterpart Jud was also very accommodating with simple yet gratifying gestures like bringing up beach bags with sandals inside as a welcome gift within minutes from checking in. Prateek at the Front Desk was also very kind and informative with our quest for evening ventures during our visit.Last but definitely not least was our interaction with Vikas, The Greatest Of All Times in Concierge Service and beyond! From the introduction with Vikas I could tell he’s a kind hearted human being. I wanted to purchase tickets for a few friends to visit a popular location there. However, we didn’t realize the popularity of this site and regular tickets were sold out. Although there were other options for tickets I greatly appreciated Vikas candor when offers were extremely overpriced. Yet he continued to make the effort to find something reasonable for the group. Furthermore, he knew how important it was to a few of us and offered alternate means to assist in getting us to that destination before flying back home.At the very end our trip we had a mishap with airline ticketing which quickly turned things chaotic with fear of having to leave one of our friends to rebook her fight during business hours the following day. Vikas took charge, volunteered his time beyond his designated work hours to accompany us to the airport and was beyond supportive in rectifying the airport dilemma. He assured us that even if our friend couldn’t get on the flight with us that night that he would ensure she was safe.Taj Exotica Resort and Spa at The Palm Dubai is definitely a location I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend to others. The Taj team played a big role in making our Dubai trip memorable and I'm certain will do the same for others.

Joined the team Pink Ride along with AW RE TeamOne of the highlights delightful continental breakfast I enjoyed along with Royal Enfield and Hardly Davidson riding team added an extra layer of excitement to my visit. Elizabeth at the pool is an absolute legend, but every single member of is incredible (Kevin, Shubham to name a few), words cant describe how spectacular they have treated us. Ill definitely be back to see the whole team again very soon 🫡❤️

This review is for the pool and gym facilities only , as we took a day pass. I can not comment on the rooms .Staff :10 stars ! Attentiveness, uniforms, politeness. From the reception, valet parking and beach staff.Location:2 stars. No green at all, not even one palm tree, fake grass and sand. Looks empty and sad.Changing room at the pool, not so many amenities ( like jumeirah group hotels for example or address group)Good by the pool delicious.Will I go back? Maybe, but not sure:)Will I recommend ? Maybe, but will not be on top of my list.

Absolutely perfect hotel. The staff are most welcoming and very hospitable. Even when you walk past them, they say hello.Different restaurants.Pool attendants extremely attentive.Hotel immaculate.Rooms spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated.It was my sister-in-law's birthday whilst we were there and they decorated the room to make it special for her.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Taj Exotica. The property is huge and beautifully situated on Palm Jumeirah, a bit away from the main city but well worth it. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an extensive spread and plenty of good vegetarian options. However, my experience at their spa was mediocre. I had a massage at their wellness center, which didn't quite meet my expectations. I've shared a separate review for the spa. That said, everything else was excellent. The hospitality was top-notch and overall, it was a wonderful experience.
